Discovery call

Site & feasibility

We walk the lot (or shortlist 3–5 lots), pull zoning, FEMA flood, soil, and utility data, then model what's actually buildable and what it will cost.

Design & selections

Architecture, interiors, and landscape developed in parallel. You see 3D walk-throughs every 2 weeks and approve a locked selections binder before we break ground.
